The US-China Association of High-level Professionals (UCAHP) was founded in March 2009 by Tsinghua alumni in Silicon Valley. It is the first overseas non-profit professional organization led by a team of successful returnee entrepreneurs and dedicated to high-level talent entrepreneurship. Its founders are outstanding Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and investors who have built successful businesses in both the US and China, with deep understanding of Chinese industry and markets and a strong sense of mission.
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, UCAHP is officially registered as a non-profit organization in Colorado and with the U.S. federal government. Through the annual North America Startup Competition, Silicon Valley matchmaking, angel investment and incubation, mentorship programs, tech salons, China park partnerships, and China tours, the association has discovered, nurtured, and invested in over 100 companies and helped 300+ companies launch and secure funding.
The association has gathered 2,700+ startup projects and 21,000+ high-level talents and industry experts. Professional fields include next-generation information technology, biomedicine and devices, new materials, new energy, and cultural and creative industries.

Kerui Venture Capital was founded by UCAHP, working with partner VCs to provide seed and angel-round investment for quality early-stage projects.
The fund has directly invested over $200 million. Each year, 300+ US and Chinese investors participate in pitch sessions and matchmaking, providing funding for hundreds of startups. Winning projects receive $100K–$500K in investment.
UCAHP has established three incubators that provide office space and basic operational support for selected projects, helping entrepreneurs reduce early-stage costs.
The association has also built a third-generation online talent and project collaboration platform, and established a Center of Excellence to drive in-depth exchange through vertical working groups in cloud computing, biomedicine, integrated circuits, and more.
